Gus - Prime Cuts in Gravy Demo

City: Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach
Years Active: ???
Type of Music: Punk
Myspace or Website: n/a

This is another band that Im sure I saw but I just can't for the life of me remember. They did release a few 7 inches as well as a split with another band called Gus on No Idea. Jason Lederman of Where Fear and Weapons Meet did time on drums at one point. If someone has more info, please let me know so I can get it posted. Also when I go to Miami, Ill be searching for the 7 inches.

Benny Jhonson added this info. Thanks Benny

Drew Demaio sang and played guitar in Gus, went on to play in Strikeforce Diablo, Assholeparade, & did some time in Floor as well. Ron Sas played bass, and also did a stint in Floor. Craig Demaio was the original drummer, than they had Big Mike, Lederman, and finally Sam Fogarino who now drums for Interpol. They put out 1 7" on Dirge records, a 7" on 702 Records and that split with Gus from Canada.

Ron also played in Pontius Pilot, which you've posted recently. I can get you the songs from the 7"'s. They were also featured on a 403 Chaos comp and a Polyvinyl comp that I believe was called Redirection.

I believe they were called Puddle for a while. I remember seeing them at some Youth Ministry place with Endure, OverShadow and Ikthus
